MixxedFit Class

Thursday: 6-7 PM (starting 9/25)
MixxedFit is a dance-based fitness class that combines dance moves with bodyweight exercises, focus on toning and cardiovascular health, uses a variety of music genres, and is designed to be accessible to all fitness levels.
Thursday nights, 6-7 PM in Room B at the Rec Center. $5 per class or included in the 30/30 pass.
