MixxedFit is a dance-based fitness class that combines dance moves with bodyweight exercises, focus on toning and cardiovascular health, uses a variety of music genres, and is designed to be accessible to all fitness levels.

Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing is a high-energy fitness workout blending martial arts (like punches, kicks, knee strikes) with fast-paced cardio, focusing on calorie burning, stamina, and coordination rather than actual fighting or self-defense techniques. It's a group fitness class led by instructors, using bodyweight, drills, and sometimes bags or pads, suitable for all fitness levels to get a full-body workout.

Zumba

Zumba is a high-energy, dance-based fitness class that feels more like a party than a workout. It combines cardio, muscle conditioning, and flexibility exercises set to upbeat, Latin- and international-inspired music. Classes include a warm-up, cool-down, and a variety of easy-to-follow dance moves that provide a full-body workout, targeting the core, legs, and glutes. $5/class or included in 30/30 pass

A 45-minute full body workout seated in a chair. Focused on strengthening the core, improving range of motion and balance. Ideal for anyone recovering from surgery, injury, or balance issues. Taught with modifications to ensure that participants of all abilities can achieve a safe and stimulating workout.

Reggae dance fitness is a vibrant, cardio-focused workout blending Caribbean rhythms (Reggae, Dancehall, Soca) with easy-to-follow dance moves, creating a fun, high-energy session that burns calories, improves coordination, tones muscles, and boosts mood, often featuring hip movements, body isolations, and cultural steps for all fitness levels to get grooving.
